Fauna Marin water testing. Worth every penny.

Long story short. I had water tested at fauna marin. Results showed elevated metals. Talk to The Godfather of reef keeping (Aka Roger) told me the metals in tank are signs of magnet rusting in my tank. So I started searching tank all over and found this.

So thankfully problem is resolved and I will send out my water to be tested again in a couple months. I highly recommend using Fauna Marin water testing service. It's amazing how much info they give you. It's a easy to read analysis with your results. In a four column layout. Parameter , measurement, recommended, and comments.

you buy the kit from Fauna get your water sample and send it into their warehouse in Fort Myers, they send to Germany you get the results via email,

Also, any reason you decided to have the water tested in the first place? Problems with corals? Etc?

Well I didn't have any problems. Only a select 4-5 sps don't seem to do anything in my tank. Out of the 40 pieces. Kind of wonder if I'm missing something or what can I improve. With all the supplements you can dose why not check if you need them from the start.
