favia fragging help

i have a large favia that is not doing so well and is receding pretty fast thanks to a yellow headed sleeper golby that burryed parts if it in sand ive blown off all the brown guny off it but it keeps receding how do i frag this to try to keep it alive.

On the last one I fragged, I used a large flat-blade screwdriver and a hammer. It sounds cruel, but it worked just fine. If you don't frag you will probably lose all of it.

i was able to frag 2 large pieces off and iodine diped the 2 frags and the coloney, hopfully at least one will survive
