LOL That's because this is a new split, the thread is 2 years old almost!
Nismo_32: Please, please lets see that shot.
Rob: Ditto, though I see plenty of blue in it.

Matthew
Yeah Matt and you've been on board since day one!

I wanna Thank You for keeping this thread going because I've noticed over these 2 years that you have resurrected it on more than one occasion! :)

Didn't see the split! LOL I was thinking, man maybe I should buy up all the Favia I can because they are obviously getting RARE!! LOL

Check out this crazy new favia. Now and Later Favia? Grape centers and psychadelic green and turquoise patterns with some orange hues starting up. The texture is other worldly. I like this one a lot!

Thanks Charles and Jen! The family is doing well, how bout ya'll? Crazy new corals??? :)

Good to hear! You getting any sleep yet?

Our monkey is starting to walk holding the couch edge...time to tear down some tanks!

Give me a call sometime, you still got the number?

Rob: Thanks, I love this thread. Kev started it just when I was getting into Favia..
On a sad note: I seem to be losing two of my Favia through tissue recession ( I am keeping an eye on my C. argi though!). Problemws with the lighting I think as all other corals are going good including a new Red Favia that I am trying to get a pic put up of.
Not sure of the cause but definitely got to get a new light set. Unfortunately, I also have a trafic ticket to pay. Starting to spot feed & crossing my fingers!

Matthew

i'm thinking about buying this prism favia for $70 what do you think?

That I would definitely go & get it, if I were you.
I however, seem to have 1 or two tank issues to address before any new favia..

Matthew

Now THAT *IS* a cool macro shot.
Wish I hadn't killed my camera ( but my last pics are stuck on Photobucket, fortunately)...
I'd get a new camera but my new T5s just set me back a couple of hundred bucks. So it won't happen this month. Sigh..

Matthew

Yeah, that is a great angle, is your tank up pretty high? I know that sounds silly but I know of a few tanks that were placed high for a bottom up vantage. Like you'd be swimming up a real coral slope in the ocean..
Again, killer shot!
