I have mine on the bottom of my tank and until recently i was using 250w se radiums.They do have very good flow though.

I wish Kev. I saw that and was just happy to get the shot, since I was several days from going home still.

Marc, that is a sweet coral! you got room for it in your tank? ;)

Sorry about the delayed response. I do spot feed them every other day and i feed them only one thing besides what they catch by them selfs and that is Spectrum pellets.
 
Beautiful pieces everyone!! Marc, you should have made them hold that one and send it to you once you got back home...amazing contrast!!
