kev. with a 3 car garage it should go for high 300,000 i hope. i will do backflip if low 400,000. afaid to find out market is bad out here. need a pic .. lol.

Man, that's not bad at all compared to living on Long Island! I could live like a king out in Cali...I live in a 2 bdrm 1 bath shack on the South Shore of Long Island and it's cost me a small fortune

You can't live like a king where I'm at in Cali. 400 thousand MIGHT get you a studio in SF.
