I used to run a phoenix de 250w on my old frag tank. To me the Ushios look like about a 14kk light. Phoenix's looked like they washed out my colors. I like the ushio a lot better because I don't get that same effect. I can't say exactly b/c I never ran the phoenix on the same ballast as the ushio, but all in all I really like the bulb. My 4 T5HO bulbs are 2 super actinic, 1 blue special 12k, 1 blue plus.

LOL! yup while you guys/gals where asleep out on the left coast I was at work lurking on the favia thread looking for more eye candy!

Rich, that Micro Mewanta would be sweet to have but as I said before, when your all good and ready, I don't want to rush anybody, although, I am getting pretty psyched!

I liked it from the picture I saw, and another reefer offered to buy half. So we paid the vendor but I don't know if the other guy picked up our pieces yet or not. :lol: It's on the other side of town, and I'm just not able to make that drive quite yet. Hopefully something will work out in the future so I can see my coral finally.

The rest of my list involves actually doing stuff - pages for my site, images that need editing, stuff that needs fixing in my home, stuff I gotta build... It's a never-ending list, it seems.

I am giving up on my camera this evening. my lil cannon powershot just can not get it right. I will be changing out bulbs and such next week as well so i am sure it will get better. So here is the long awaited super model favia.
