da6d2003, very nice shots, I really like that first one! may I ask where you acquired it?

da6d2003,

Those are a few really SPECIAL ones, again, nice to see more blues & purples. Not that red & green aren't great contrasts, but blue LPS aren't especially common.

This last one looks a lot like the one I posted that I thought was unique. I guess I was wrong. :)

Here is an older pic of one that I picked up. I was able to find it in a book, but I have forgotten if it was a favia or a favites. I just moved it because it wasn't doing that great where it was. Please no frag requests until it starts doing better.

At first I thought it might have been some sort of chalice.

What a truly unique looking Favites! Never seen one with that coloration before. I hope it takes off, because its hard not requesting a frag this very moment!

ian that is sick.. i will definately want a frag of that at next year bay area cfm.. nice. you wallet much be thin after that one.

ian, I only wish that I had 1/2 the connections that you do! Next your gonna tell me you walked in off the street and bought that piece at a LFS? If that's the case I seriously need to consider packing up & moving to the Bay Area.
