Greg: GORGEOUS! I'm turning green myself.. Or falling in love!
sps4mytank: You have enough for the nightclub after those? I'd be down to spare change, the girls wouldn't be happy!

Ian: I gotta show you this Pink Buster we both have. Man! Your gonna think Im full of bologna I know it! :D I've been keeping it totally shaded with just a sprig of light peircing through this ol tonga branch it sits under. Crazy colors. The eyes are still pink though more subdued, but have a subtle bluish grey ring around them . Almost black dark purple mottling through it, with a shimmery green base. I think because it's in a dark spot the only way I could capture close to true colors is by overexposing the shot, or using a flash wich would probably wash some of the pigmentations. I'll try though :)

Here's what I was talkin about :) Not the best shot but you can kinda tell what I meant.

kev, I have to ask man, how do you fit all of these corals into a 24g LBL nano?!?

most of them are frags right now but many actually have taken off growing so I don't know what I'm gonna do, most of the stuff I have is pretty desirable so I figure I'll just keep selling frags of stuff to help finance a new tank :)

Now that is the ssign of the addic- I mean DEDICATED Reefer! I think I will pass though on THAT dance! LOL ( Re: sps4mytank)
On the other hand if I tried a line like, "will you dance for frags?" I can see the pepper spray coming, followed by a large bouncer! <G>

Justin: if that is a poor pic, let's see a good one!

roblack: My LFS has THAT species, but sadly it lacks all the cool blue yours has. Nice find! And its definitely time to sing the Blues!

Sincerely,
Matthew

Here is my baby's breath favia. It almost seems like it might be getting too much light as it has lightened a bit since getting it. But it still has that gorgeous orangish center with the pink outer ring. Let me know what you think.

Maximus,

Does seem a little pale, but I can see megatons of potential here. How long have you had it?

Sincerely,
Matthew

Hmm, I think I got 2-3 months ago. The orange center and the pink ring still look great. The faded portion is the area in between the polyps. I am unsure if it's due to lack of light or too much light. For the past couple months, it's been pretty well shaded so I just moved it into the light last week. Funny thing is, since moving it into the light, the rings have definitely become pinker in color.
