feather duster id

this feather duster randomly appeared in my tank i dont know how but he seems to be doing fine just was wondering what he is so i can find specific care for him

it kinda looks like a hawian feather duster but cant really tell with the picture google that name... and see what happens if not then contact me via email.. xxitsinmybloodxx@yahoo.com ill look in my books see if i can give you futher information
