I just bought a feather duster and introduced him into an established tank. The day after i added the feather duster to the tank i noticed the crown floating on the bottom of the tank. Several days later i was trying to determine if the worm was still alive and noticed that now the tube is starting to become attached to the rockwork that it is touching and i did feel the worm inside the tube move when i touched it. Could the stress of transportation from the store and new surroundings be the cause of the featherduster dropping it's feathers. Also how does the worm eat to have enough strength to grow another one? how long will it take before i see this new crown emerge from the tube because i'd imagine the worm has no reason to poke it's head out without it's feeding feathers? It really looked cool sucks i only got to see it for a day : ( thanks in advance!!!
