Hi first off i didnt know where to post this. i was wondering how feather duster multiply. i was asked at my job at Aquatic Environments in Mokena IL. i asked my boss but he didnt know so i was wondering if any one else knew how and if there is a way to make them multiply faster. If this is posted in the wrong place please feel free to move it into the right forum.

Some say that they can split them selfs thus creating a new worm, however they can multiply sexual as well. People have described how there worms have started to "smoke". Take a look at this picture taken of a newly formed tube worm;
