Im afraid with new no voting turn of events this may be a trend. Alot of folks were coming to actually vote & the BARBQ was a great little perk.

This is the last thing that Wayne mentioned about the voting.

"In keeping the nominations flowing we will take up voting on the additional BOD at the Feb meeting but we will not vote at that meeting as it would Violate the "Constitution of the Middle Tennessee Reef Club" as the election is to be in March. I was trying to keep this simple and have both the change of the Const. and elections at the same time but we will separate them. Andy you will have some time to let people know why you are against this action as anyone else that wants to speak they will also. All paid members will have the opportunity to speak and be counted so if they can not make the meeting they can vote by e-mail. We will though still take nominations for the positions so if anyone wants to vote on the positions by a secrete ballot they can get it at the meeting if the positions are not approved by the club then the results will not be posted."

So voting is in March.

Looks like all children were in good spirits! Made for a great meeting. As I posted in the Nomination thread incorrectly... A big thanks again to the outgoing board! Also big thanks for a great raffle prize! I just need to figure out what to do with it.
