For last minute thread checkers...
I am about to head out with a cooler FULL of frags. Some are spoken for, but I should have several extra heads of Xenia to go around if anyone would like to try that (I know that Tomoko is bringing some too). I'm also bringing an extra large piece of orange Monti Cap that I'll let someone have for $10.

He everyone! I enjoyed the meeting -- frag swapping and story swapping -- and I enjoyed a brief 2nd meeting with several of you at CRA afterwards.
Thanks for the light and magnesium Bob. And thanks for the frags Tomoko and Jason&Tammy.
The LT anemone I got from jupiourts in a trade looks sweet in the 135g. Seems to be settling in nicely!

Mariner, Thanks for the heads up about the zebra snails at Johns. We got several and they are now in the tank and eating the fire out of some cyano.

Everyone, Fred and I enjoyed the NARC meeting and appreciate all of the frags. Fred wasn't feeling well, so after doing some quick internet research, I had my first experience with gluing frags this afternoon, although based on my research, not necessarily the best method of mounting a frag. However, it was the only method we have now. After what I read about slime, especially with the leather which is our first, I'm hoping that our new corals will all stay glued. All of the corals looked beautiful when they opened, which to my delight was almost immediate after aclimation and upon introduction into the tank. It seemed like the corals said, "I'm home and happy"! Once again, thanks to everyone who provided them.

Tomoko, your knowledge of aquariums is just as wonderful as John, Bob, and Fred all have told me. Fred and I appreciate all the advice you gave us. We are in uncharted water with salt, but are learning more daily with expert advice and internet research.

We look forward to the next meeting, but will need directions prior to the event. Everyone, thanks for the hospitality!

It was great to see you all. It's nice to see new faces and finally be able to put the new names and faces together. Unfortunately I seem to have rather short memory nowadays (or so my teenager wants me to believe conveniently ), I need to make a list of the names and handle names of the members. Can we do this and publish a list next meeting? We could include a phone number or email address if you want. What do you think?

By the way, the next meeting is at 8Ball's on March 21st at 1:00 pm.

We had a great time as well. Tammy and I both were alittle uder the weather. Tomoko, the babies are doing great, also I think a list of names, e-mail,and phone numbers is a great idea.

I had a great time also I placed all the new frags and they seem to be taking very well to the tank! Thanks to everyone there it was fun.

I would like to thank all for the frags I recieved at the meeting, to put in my new 55g. They all seem to be fine, They all started to open minutes after placing them. On Sunday I did purchase the Batfish from from CRA and he seems to be happy also. Again thanks to all for the the frags and knowlage.
