I just received my order of zoos, {a2599932}, opened pkg. and even though they were packaged very good, the temp of the water was 61...I am doing a very slow drip and hope they make it, how tough are zoos? We had a cold front come through yesterday and there was only 1 heat pack in the shipment.

Thank you for your post. Each morning we check the weather of the entire United States to determine how many heat packs should be included in the orders. We do our best to ensure that the temperature inside the shipping container remains at the appropriate temperature. If perhaps a customer knows that the weather in their immediate area is going to become severe we certainly can hold their order until the weather becomes more suitable. We are sorry to hear that your package arrived with a low water temperature. After acclimating the Zoanthids to your aquarium, they should begin to open up again over time. If any of the specimens still do not seem to improve, please let us know. We appreciate you keeping us posted on the condition of your new tank additions.
