Lots of mouth-sized foods, a good variety is preferable. What kind of anthias are they? Anthias tend to do better with lots of small meals throughout the day, rather than 1-2 large meals.
Rod's Food has their Plankton food, which is very similar to mysis but with the added benefit of having a high level of astaxanthin and omega 3's. The fish in my store go crazy for it, even more so than they do for mysis.
I've recently started using the frozen mysis shrimp (H2o) and my Bartlets go crazy for it. Think i'll try the plankton. My bartlets get food multiple times a day. Mainly with garlic pellets though. When i'm away and my wife has to feed them, so they only get one feeding in the afternoon after she comes from work and they are plump and healthy.
