Feed the hitchhikers? Itching to add fish!

Today is day 10 for the new tank. My primary concern right now is that I don't want hitchhikers from the live rock to die.

Water stats:
pH: 8.2 - 8.4 (after/before topoff)
sg: 1.021 - 1.024 (after/before topoff)
Ammonia: 0 (was .25 a few days ago)
Nitrite: 0 (didn't measure previously)
Nitrate: 5 (0 previously)

Do I need to feed the feather dusters or anything else in there?

The feather dusters do appear to growing. One expanded his tube slightly, and another completely moved to a different part of the rock:

There are several active shrimp that come out when the lights go off. No idea what they're grazing for:

Some red stuff (coral?) has grown quite a bit as well:

The grabby-hand things have grown and changed colors from red to blue:

--> Will update post with pictures in a couple hours.

What are the first live critters that I add to the tank? Clean up crew? Fish? Algae?

I think I'm going to convert the AC110 into a refugium after all. Hopefully I can get a cheap light to grow cheato or whatever.
