I bought some nls pellets about 3 months ago and the only fish in my tank that would touch it was the longnose hawkfish. I was so frustrated that none of my other fish took to it like the hawk so I gave up on it. But after going through some old threads, researching the osff, i read that someone gave advice to soak the pellets in frozen fish food and tank water and the fish took to it quickly. Recently i decided to experiment with fish food so i bought cubes of mysis, brine, and some general fish food cube blends and allowed them to melt. while they were melting i added a TON of nls pellets. It kinda broke down the pellets and made them a lot softer and i think more palatable. I refroze them into little cubes and now ALL my fish eat the pellets in this mixture. Even my mandarinfish loves them. He just sits back while the other fish feed and then comes out after the rush and picks the forgotten pellets off the bottom.
