Feeders?!??!?

Hello all, If some already asked this question i'm sorrie i'm blind...lol

What do you all feed your mantis? What is the best and inexpensive ones to acquire...and lastly where can you obtain them? Online or local?

many frozen foods like krill, silversides, squid, prawn and some othersi cant remember. then there is the fun food wich is live, snails, crabs, shrimp, crayfish, fish..

all can be bought at your local fish store or online.

I looked at that. it looks good but i fear the shipping included in the price may be cheap but not sure if its gareteed alive arrival out side of FL. I ordered before in a diff place from FL and the fiddlers i got died on arrival. so then the shipping upgrade is more or less the same. I'm still looking for other alternatives. :/ but thank you

alot of local stores sell crayfish, feeder shrimp and small snails for cheap. i am not familiar with VA so i couldnt tell you of any local stores there but there are abunch of local stores in md if your not to far away that sell them for cheap and if you set up another small tank strictly for feeders then it may be worth it to drive to a local store and buy abunch of food for them. just a thought...

i dont buy any of my live food online though so i couldnt help you there. shipping is the biggest reason i do not buy online.....every body is raising there shipping due to the increase in gas prices too.
