Feeding advice

I've got a 67g tank with 2 false clowns, one six line wrasse, a bunch of blue legged & scarlet hermits, 3 emerald crabs, tons of snails. There is also a frog spawn, hammer, torch, leather, some gsp, zoos, shrooms & a crocea. What would you recommend for feeding? I'm looking for suggestions on types of food, methods of feeding & frequency. I've been feeding some flake & frozen every 2nd day, as well as some selcon (with the frozen), reef roids & cyclopeeze powder.

I used to feed everyother day, but the last year or so I feed everyday. I feed a variety of frozen foods. Mysis, bloodworms, and brine shrimp. I also feed the carpet anemone prawns about once a week.

What about the corals? Is reef roids doing they any good? Is there something else that would be better? Or do they just filter the crap out of the water?
