feeding anemone and hosting clown

I got my clown about a month ago he has been in hiding since then and now he is starting to come out. my clowns are hosting so I am wanting to know should I be feeding him since they are hosting him I read some where that if the clowns are hosting the anemone that I dont need to feed him

Arrggg .... Clowns don't 'host' anemones, anemones 'host' clowns. Drives me nuts. Anyhow, hard to tell what kind of anemone that is other than it looks very bleached. Generally, if clowns are living in a host anemone they will bring it food so not necessary to target feed it, but you need to see if they actually are doing it. You could try feeding it small pieces of food, but it may not take them until it has had a chance to recover a bit.
