Feeding Anemone

Would it be okay to feed an anemone raw shrimp that was previously frozen. This shrimp has been peeled and deveined (intended for cooking).

i feed mine: Sally's Silversides, San Fransisco Brand. ive used them for more years than i can remember, and never had any problem, ever!
Petsmart is cheaper than any of my 5 LFS.
if its a small anemone, appx. 4"- 6", cut of the flesh (backside) and feed only the head and guts. they have the most protien and your anemone will not reject them... :thumbsup:

I feed mine several things one being fresh raw shrimp I peel (no need to devein) I cut into chunks and freeze. I then just thaw, soak in selcon or zoe to enrich and feed. Frozen would be fine too. I find it easy to just buy a few at a time along w/ scallops, actually any ocean fish would be fine, this way you don't srore it long and it is always it's freshest.

No, it dosen't but that is what I have too, 8 of them and they all enjoy their sushi : )
