with wut?
my clown tends to stay in his anemone all the time
how would i feed the anemone?

First of all you should not be feeding the clowns just brine shrimp. They have very few nutrients. A good flake food (like those from ocean nutrition) is much better. A combination of meaty and algae is best. I feed ON formula one and two plus "prime reef." I also suggest a good frozen food, lots of people make their own. There are a couple good threads on food in this forum so look around.

For the LTA. Sometimes clownfish will carry excess food into the anemone which it will eat. The fish isn't purposfully feeding the anemone but it does ultimately have that effect. Most anemone keepers also target feed their anemones. Most popular foods are silversides and "sand eels" which are available frozen in most good LFS. Be sure to cut the food up into manageable sizes (start with 1/4 inch) he'll eat a number of pieces and will drop the pieces he doesn't want. Most people feed between every 2 days and once every 2 weeks. It depends upon how much you want the anemone to grow.
