Feeding Anenome live fish

So what do you think about feeding anenomes live fish? Like feeder fish?
Could you see any down sides or up sides to this?
I am thinking it would be more nutritious to gut pack some feeder fish and feed those to the anenome then just using silversides.

good luck holding onto the fish and letting the anemone grab it an eat it without it getting away unless you have a carpet nem. also not sure what kind of feeder fish you would use but if you mean freshwater feeder fish there could be issues since anemones obviously would never eat those fish in the wild. I would say stick to pieces of squid, krill, shrimp, mysis... maybe silversides if you are comfortable with using them. I personally am not but thats just my feeling on them
