I'm guessing from my readings that clams will not eat DT's oyster eggs? Even though Ive read that they promote phyto growth or something to that effect.
Just wondering if my clam is benifiting from me feeding the tank.
your clam is benefitting from feeding the tank. they will even take larger particles such as zooplankton (according to J.Fs book)
it is not absolutely necessary but they will definitely benefit from it.
