Feeding capnella

Hi, Someone here recently let me know that Ihave a capnella tree, and I was wondering about feeding it. I feed Rod's Original a few times/week, and I use a baster to float some food towards my corals. Is that sufficient? I am also feeding it during the day when its polyps open. It still looks a little deflated, but is more upright now.

I have a 29G biocube, live rock and sand, carbon, purigen, water parameters good (Ammon 0, nitrates o, nitrates <5), biweekly water changes.

Thanks for any insight.

I think feeding softies will increase the growth rate. I have been feeding even the zoa's in my current tank. I have a small stand of capnellas, and use blended fish/squid/shrimp. I mix it up so it is dilute and then put the turkey baister down in the branches and start to slowly apply pressure. The gorgonians near by go nuts for the food, but the capnella do not seem to feed very greedily.

Thank you for the replies--I made another post about it--not sure what's going on with it--maybe getting ready to get rid of a slime coat?

I've had softy tanks for 20+ years and I did buy into the fancy packages and advertising for a few years. Grew some nice algae for a few years.
Then I stopping adding " coral foods" for my soft corals and the algae starting going away and my corals grew like they always did. Great.

I do add food for my fish every other day. They may benefit some, but I don't add food specificly for corals.
