Feeding Corals

Does no one use Eric's coral food recipe? I have so many questions about it.

I currently feed by fish Frozen Shrimp Brine daily. I just shave off a little slice and mix it with the flake food. My package simple says Shrimp Brine. It does not indicate if it is Adult or Nauplii. Is there a benefit of one over the other?

Also, when mixing Eric's recipe I would guess that the frozen ingredients that are added must be thawd out by the time the mixing is all done. With people food it is not recommended you refreeze food once it has been defrosted. Is that not the case with fish/coral food?

HELP! ANYONE!

I personally think that the Myth of being able to re-freeze food is an old wives tale. What is the difference between freezing food once and twice??? You might loose a little flavor. But nothing that could hurt you. If you look in your local grocery store I guarantee you will see salmon or tuna filets that have been frozen and are thawing out in the ice cooler. Whoever buys these filets will probably re-freeze them. No biggie. It won't kill/hurt you.

I made up my own coral food using Erics recipe as a guidline. Some of the ingredients were refrozen and my fish dont seem to notice, they go nuts for it anyway.

So does anyone have a good source for purchasing the ingredients at. Something that would offer a little bulk supply at a cheapr price than the LFS?
