Feeding corals

So I never been a big feeder of corals but it's time for me to start . My question to my fellow reefers /long islanders is what foods are you using for your corals LPS and SPS also are you target feeding or broadcasting. Also what other products are you using to keep your corals healthy

Just came across this yesterday:
Reef Chili, recognized as one of the best.
Reef Roids is another one many use.
