This is the phytoplankton (sp?) liquid stuff that is stored in the refrigerator. Instructions say feed 1 tsp. / 15 gal. every other day. Anyone out there find benefits to this product, and should I turn my pumps and protein skimmer OFF when feeding. If so, how long before you turn back on?
