Feeding dwarf seahorses...

I'm new to all this and although I've done some research, I'm encountering a problem that is a little troublesome. The baby brineshrimp seem to go for the light so they swim towards the top of the tank however, the seahorses stay at the bottom of the tank. How do you guys deal with that?

I would sometimes put a gooseneck lamp on the side of the tank to try and lure the bbs down in the water column. Also, if you direct flow across the top (or just squirt them down temporarily with a turkey baster) this might help. I've considered underwater LEDs too.

I found using open ended air lines with sufficient airflow to keep the brine moving around the whole tank was sufficient.
