Do you think the whole colony benefits when only one polyp has been fed? I wonder since their tissue is connected

Id like to believe so but under that logic feeding multiple heads should help the coral even more if they all share the same digestive system feeding multiple polyps can only benefit the coral to get more nutrients to thrive vs just surviving.
