Feeding Haddoni Neccessary?

Is feeding a haddoni necessary. I see a lot of people on the forums feed their haddoni's regularly.

I rarely feed by RBTA and it is very happy with big plump tips. I assume light is enough for haddoni to thrive similar to rbta?

Really depends on what lights you have. I don't think you could get away with never feeding it, but they should do fine with direct feedings every month or so -- assuming you have the proper lights. However, with that said, I have noticed that mine do look better when I do/did feed/fed them every week or so -- usually a piece or two of frozen (( thawed )) krill.

My current green one hasn't been directly fed in a couple of months, and seems to be doing okay. However, now that I am settled from a recent move I am going to start feeding it again -- looking a little "worn" out after the move and what not.

Mine will "survive" for quite a while without direct feeding. She does eat my turbo snails all the time though. The more I feed her, the better she looks. You never know when something bad is going to happen. Power outage, temp spike........... I believe the anemone has a better chance of pulling through some stresser like that, if it has been fed well prior to the event.
