feeding my lta?

If that's true, then I apologize, and I hope for your animals' sakes that it is. I haven't encountered anybody on here who would hold w/o paypal, so in that regard, your question is probably pointless.

+1 That's the case in my experience. I feed phytoplanton that I'm sure the zoas eat, but most of my zoa growth is through photosynthesis.
 
Zoanthid reproduction varies by type, light, water chemistry, flow, etc. Check out the zoanthid sub-forum for all the info you could possibly want on the subject.
 
Palythoa:
-Take sand into their stalks
-Mostly carniverous
-Grow on individual stalks

Zoanthids
-Do not use sand in their stalks
-Mostly photosynthetic
-Grow together on a mat

Those are the major differences.
 
just curious if you are letting that half a cube of mysis thaw out before you feed it to the lta or if its still cold and frozen
