Feeding my Shrooms

After just setting up my 75G reef I decided thru readings on here that I should feed my shrooms. I read where several of you fed cyclop-eeze, had some laying around and decided to give it a try. I put some in a dish...added water...used a small pipet to suck it up and gently blew it towards each shroom and my rico. Hope I did this right.....Im as nervous as a long tailed cat in a room full of rockin chairs...new to all this and dont wanna hurt anything.

I never feed my mushrooms but I do feed my ricordia. Mine love mysis shrimp which I feed fairly often . Just place a shrimp on it and watch them gulp it down in slow motion.

Those are cool pics...hoping everything works out on this end...we dont have any fish in the tank right now so I figured the shrooms and other coral would appreciate some num nums. You should have seen my girls reactions when I said I think I need to feed my coral,lol...they/we have alot to learn.

Well everyone seems to be fine this morning...dont have the lights on yet...they dont get to come on until 4 ish...found out I fed them way to much according to the lfs...live and learn....trying to decide if,when, and how I plan on fragging my only ricordia...that will be nerve racking...

I had a 2 mouthed ricordea that I just fragged into 5 peices. My first time, and after debating trying it or not out of fear of destroying it, I just dove in.
One of my LFS sells ric polyps for 14.00 (which is where this one came from, so if I killed it, it wouldn't be such a huge loss.

Frags only 2 days old and not attached yet. Of course. Just holding my breath on this one.

I feed my mushrooms, ricordia and frogspawn but I first have to throw in a few pellets on the opposite side of the tank to distract the crabs and shrimp. Then I turn off the pumps and use a turkey baster to dribble mysis onto each of them. I still need to stand over them with a stick to beat off the crabs and shrimp that aren't getting any of the pellets. It's not really necessary to feed any of them but I think it is cool to watch them eat.

I've just started fragging the mushrooms and ricordea and so far haven't lost any. I still have a couple of small pieces that have not attached, unfortunately they keep getting bumped ever so slightly. Sooner or later they'll grab on.

Looks like only 2 or 3 of the 5 frags i got are going to make it. It seems like 2 of them just dissolved away.
Is this common or did I do something wrong?
I put 2 in one container of rubble and 3 in the other. They each were put in lo-flow area but 2 in one container did poorly. The other one that had 3 in it, looks as if one attached to rubble while the other two pieces attached to eachother. Really though, it is difficult to tell without looking close but I amm not going to disturb them except for a little blow with a baster to keep slime and debris off.

opinions here???
