Feeding pagoda coral?

I must be doing something right but wanted to ask, how do i feed my pagoda coral. I have seen at least 3 polyps split since i got it a few weeks ago, its at the top of my tank. Does it take in phyto, or cyclopeeze? or does it just grow under the lights?

I posted a blurry picture of it in my gallery, ill get a better photo with my new digi cam today under the new lighting...

It will probably take just about any sort of meaty food it can grab. Smaller is better though (easier to digest). Few corals eat phytoplankton in any significant amount, though many other animals in a reef tank do. No coral can survive on light alone and without food.

yup they like about anything meaty. I feed mine a slurry of salmon, whitefish, shrimp, and scallops.

Remember to turn off the powerheads and pumps when feeding so they have time to grab the food and digest it before it blows aways. My greedy cleaner shrimp always goes around and picks at my corals for feed.

my pagoda eats anything and everything. I just feed it the usual mix I make for my corals: frozen mysis, frozen cyclop-eeze, frozen krill, roti-rich, reef chilli, zoplan, oyster eggs, selcon. Mine loves to eat.

you know i've yet to observe this particular coral eating like say... sun polyps do. should i be concerned or should i be able to see the polyps eating? ill try turning off everything but my overflow in the am to give it a try with some cyclopeeze....
