adding corals and so far so good. have been feeding phyto feast and oyster feast.. question on when is best time to feed these? or does it matter? product does not disclose..thanks

What kind of corals? Phyto will not do much good for sps Zooplankto is better suited and the Oyster Feast is good. The best time to feed is night time but I alway feed with the lights on, a few hours before lights off. Fish poop is a great coral food also. So have some fish in the tank and feed them well also. Make sure you have a good nutrient export system ie skimmer, fuge , reactor to remove waste.

Yep night time after lights out or early AM before they come on. Whenever polyp extension is greatest.

+1 on phyto feast being useless to SPS, or so I'm told.

Agreed with others above....typically SPS corals tend to feed at night when (in wild) plankton rise up through the reefs. You can turn off your skimmer and remove mechanical filtration (if applicable) for a few hours to allow time for corals to feed. That is at least what I do.
