feeding raw fish to my fish...

I read somewhere that I should try and feed my horseshoe crab some shrimp now and then. I did not have any shrimp, so I dug some Tilapia out of the freezer, thawed a little bit and tryed to feed it to him. He did not eat it, but my 2 clowns, blue damsel, firefish, and royal gramma went crazy fighting for it. They all devoured it before I could fish it out of the tank.

This should be safe....right?

Tilapia is a freshwater fish, and the majority come from farms, not wild caught.

no worries but ideally most will say that long term feeding of freshwater species food can cause issues. since it was a one time occurance.............. no worries.

you have a lion in a 12g nano? thats an accomplishment...

edit- just noticed your BF is experienced, maybe it is actually his lion
