Feeding RBTA

I have had my RBTA for a few months now and he eats well. When I don't give him krill or shrimp he usually grabs mysis or brine that I feed my clowns and puffer. He seems to grab some everyday and really likes it. My question is this: I have read that people "feed cubes of xyz" Does that mean they are feeding their nems cubes that are still grozen, or are they thawing them and giving them everything that was in the block?

It is defrosted. People usually mean a cubes worth of food. You never want to give an animal still frozen food since this can cause injury or death to the tissues. I have to constantly remind my students of this when it comes time to defrost rodents for the boa haha.

So you know, I don't feed mine. They pick scraps from feeding the clowns but good light is sufficient. I started with one the size of a silver dollar two years ago. This is now.

I've had better luck feeding my anemones silver sides about once a week. Seemed like i could not feed them enough brine shrimp to keep them satisfied
