Feeding Ricordeas?

Hey guys. What should I feed my Ricordeas? My buddy said something about Mysis shrimp. Right now I just dose phyto and zooplankton weekly along with feeding my fish flakes/mysis. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

When your feeding your fish shut off your powerheads and filters and drop a piece of mysis right on the ricordia . The "tentacles" will grasp the shrimp and carry it towards its mouth the whole process takes 5 to 10 minutes. It's pretty cool!
