Feeding small fish

hey, does anyone have a suggestion for feeding, or insuring that a small shy fish would get fed? ive got a half inch clown goby who is no match for the rest of the fish at feeding times. I almost wonder if i can make a variation of melevs mandarin diner for it. what have you tried?

I've got a real shy firefish and stays at the bottom of the tank, even during feedingtime.

I turkey baste the food to his area and he seems happy about that.

well, he runs when he sees the baster, any other ideas? should i put some bbs in a small jar and lay it near its fav. spot?

I make my own food that has something for the entire tank; when I feed it clouds the tank for a minute or so reaching throughout the tank.
Shy fish as well as the eager few can find something float by.

Mine used to as well. He finally added up the baster is where the food comes from and he doesn't have much of an issue about it.


Maybe make sure he can see you basting the food from a safe distance first?
