feeding SPS?

what is the hands down best food for my SPS? and where can i get it .right now i use kent phyto plex but dont see any real difference in growth or color

I turn my return pump off then use just a little rods. My sps send out long feelers when I do that.

Fish poo and light is all I use. Great growth and color.

Twice a week, I give mine a mixture of Ocean Nutrition's Oyster Feast and ArctiPods.

Just make sure you have good light and good parameters. That is all you need.

My corals were kindof pale until i started adding more fish and feeding them more. Its documented on here somewhere but it was a couple years ago.

Haha I just added more fish to see if SPS grow faster. We shall see!

Have started using Oyster Feast with good results. Fish poop was not enough in my tank!

That's what I've been reading too elsewhere. Totally opposite of what you would think. I found some great in depth info on this that I'll post soon.

im gonna try reef nutrition oysterfeast and roti this week ill let ya know if there is any changes.
