feeding

i currenty have a 75 gallon reef in the tank i have a yellow and powder brown tang, flame angel 6 green cromis and a clown also a yellow watchman goby. I have been feeding mysis shrip and life line green also supplementing nori and romain lettuce how often should i really be feeding the tank and how much.
