k, here is the deal. My center brace on my tank broke from my metal halide heat, it got week and cracked. To say the least i can see the glass bowed and it bothers me something serious. Me and my wife wanted to get a bigger tank someday anyway but truth of the matter is, i just do not have time for a fish tank right now, our buiseness is hectic and i am never around meaning my fish and coral just do not have the attention they should have. Anyway i thought i would see if you guys since you were close would like any first dibs at rock, sand, fish, anything. i will make a little list.

If you guys want any first dibs or if i see any local interest i will make a price list tonight and get pictures if you guys want to see any. all live goods must be gone before i even start to designate my equipement.

But for now i am going to deffinetly rip this tank out and start over in a year or two hopefully when our studio is completed.

I need to do a bit of research before I know what I can and can not take, but I am VERY INTERESTED. pm me...

What type of urchin? May want that too. Need to check those out more. Does it bother the corals? Stay on rocks mostly?

k well i just wanted to reply so you guys know what is up. I just wanted to know if you guys would be interested. I am having my wife take pictures, she has a good camera a d200 but she doesnt have a macro lens so pictures are tough, but we will do our best. When we get pics i will make a post with prices. I would like to not do pms unless it is about payment. I want everyone to know who wants what cause i do not want people to get upset about what they didnt get or something silly like that.

the tank just needs a brace made, i would do it but i woud risk breaking the tank seeing how i built it in a slate wall. I need to do this in an exact process. So technically i could just set some tubs aside and put everything in there for a few days, and all but in the end i really want to go bigger and i really need a fish tank control room because working in tight spaces just is not for me.

I am sorry to hear about your tank and getting out of the hobby. I've been there a few times and ended up always coming back.

Where are you located again??

So, what's left?? I am interested in corals (SPS, LPS or softies), live rock, especially macro algae and anything else in your fuge, inverts and possibly some hardware. Personally, I'd post locally and try to get folks to stop by before you start shipping, which can be a PITA!!!!

And don't worry about me or anyone else in our area, we will be nice and not be jerks about it. And if anyone acts up or starts to whine, I'll personally knock some heads around!!!! ---I'll pinch the girls!!

My general rule of thumb is that if I get some corlas from you, and you set up again, I'll return the favor. So if you have some nice SPS or what ever, I have a system that can take those types of corals.

well that is good you have a system set up for them. I just dont honestly know if we will do coral, we are just going to get a bigger fish only tank for now i think.
