Female Black and White Clown ate salt!?!

Whoa... Well, here goes: I was cleaning my tank tonight.. scraping algae, cleaning the skimmer, wiping the salt creep from the sides, the top glass, etc etc. I decided to take my lights off and thoroughly clean the glass top.. I didn't see any loose salt, so I removed it.. and some salt creep fell into the tank!!! Of course, my ever so inquisitive and playful clowns (which are very attentive and always following me around) were near, and the female decided to take a bite out of the salt that fell into the water. I'm not 100% sure, but I'm almost positive she didn't spit it out. (hard to see w/out lights and the surface agitation at the time).

In the 2+ years I have kept reef fish, even with all the reading I do (seems like everyday since I started...) I've never read or heard about anything like this before and am not sure about what to do.. :(

Hopefully my girl will be all right.. but I'm worried.

Any suggestions?

Thank you

No issues that I know of. When she breaths the salt will dissolve and there should be minimal effect on her she might not eat for a day or two but thats all.

Thank you ChrisKirkland.. I think (and hope) you're right. In my state of panic I was thinking the salt could dry her out or something awful like that. Doesn't make much sense though. Guess I'll have to keep the water parameters great and watch her for the next few days.
