Female blue throat trigger not eating

I have a pair of blue throat trigger fish that have been thriving in my tank for about 4 months. Up until now they have been very tough, eating well and surviving a bout of marine velvet. Recently, the female has stopped eating and has a pinched in appearance in the stomach area. I'm not sure what this is and what the remedy might be.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
