Female clownfish

Hello all,
I had a recently added royal gramma die today, and have now noticed a very small white spot above my female clownfish eye and I'm just trying to be cautious so as to not lose any life. Pictures are pretty out of focus but you can see the spot above her left eye, and on your right side of her.
Thanks,
Nick

Honestly I have no idea. I saw him breathing really heavily in the morning and came home to find it dead. It was being eaten by my cleaner shrimp and had lost quite a bit of it's color and turned white. The only thing I can think of is when I went to put it into my tank about a week and a half ago it jumped out of my hands and flew to the ground about a 2 foot drop and might have sustained an injury that way but I really can't tell
