Fertilizer for Macros

I understand that eventually the Macroalgae wont be able to live off of just fish waste alone so you will have to start fertilizing to keep it alive. But i have a question, will freshwater liquid fertilizers be ok for macroalgae in a tank that also has corals, inverts, and fish. I already have this fertilizer from the company called Aquarium Co-Op and im wondering if i can use it in my saltwater tank?

This is what is in ther fertilizer-
— Water Soluble Nitrogen (N) 2.66%
— Available Phosphate (P2O5) 0.46%
— Soluble Potash (K2O) 9.21%
— Water Soluble Magnesium (Mg) 0.7%
— Boron (B) 0.015%
— Water Soluble Iron (Fe) 0.13%
— Water Soluble Manganese (Mn) 0.036%
— Molybdenum (Mo) 0.00098%
— Water Soluble Zinc (Zn) 0.0072%
NPK 2.66 - 0.46 - 9.21

And her is the link to their website-

I am not positive about that but I occasionally use Flourish which is a freshwater fertilizer.
I do weekly 5-10% water changes which replenishes some things that the macroalgae need to grow. Also I dose iron, and Coral vite every week after the water change. I have a 56 gallon display, 30 gallon sump and I do a capful of each. Since I have been doing this, both my coral and macroalgae have really thrived, ( that and feeding my 10 fish well ).
