7th pic down...Does anyone have an ID on the green round mushroom looking guy...He is to the left of the torch...The store could not tell me what it was and said he seemed to be a hitchhiker on the LR. I got em for 8 bucks.

He has a stony base and eats krill...Almost looks like a type of mushroom to me, but that doesn't explain his stony base like LPS...

Tanks coming along nicely. Beware the tang police though, I can already hear the sirens. Are you planning an upgrade soon?

As for the "mushroom looking guy", i believe it is probably a type of fungia, which is commonly called a "plate coral".

Hah I knew someone would say that...Yeah I am looking around now for an upgraded tank...I knew I would have to expect this and am getting prepared...

I got screwed on 2 deals so far for a tank, but I hope to have one here in the next couple months...

Yeah that sounds about right...Coolness...

I might have to sell my blue spiny soon too or put him in an upgraded tank with the tang and koran...he is getting big! Like almost 4inches now head to tail...he is dominant and sooner or later may want to snack on my firefish...

Pet stores get them in all the time...it runs about 20-25 dollars at your local shop...hard to care for, they need spot feeding and tender care...aka pain in the butt...
