1. Will an azure damsel be aggresive if added last to a 40 gallon breeder?

2. Where the heck can I get a fathead anthia O.O?

Damsels are aggressive by nature, IMO they will be aggressive regardless of stocking order. But each individual fish is different so you could get lucky.

As for the anthias blue zoo, vivid, and LA all carry them but all appear to be out of stock at the moment..
