Fiji Live Rock

Actually base rock can be just as alive as "premium Fiji rock". It is sold as base rock because it does not have the color, shape or desirable hitchhikers. Perfect for using under your costlier premium stuff as a base.

so if it don't have anything on it, how does that make it LR then? Base rock was at one time LR unless man made just dried out. but yes in time base rock that is in an established system with LR will become LR also just takes time

'base rock' isn't a well defined term. Some use it to mean dry, dead, rock, others use it to mean live rock without a lot of coraline, macro, or polyps. Make sure you understand what the seller means.

Base (dry) rock will become 'live' rock, it just takes time being in the tank. I would, however, seed it with a couple pieces of true 'live' rock.
