Anyone out there been scuba diving in Fiji lately for diving? I just booked my tickets and am going to two weeks in June. I'm really looking forward to it.

Has anyone done the famous shark dive in Beqa Lagoon?

What islands did you stay on when you went?

Any info would be helpful!

Well, it depends. What do you enjoy? Colors? Fiji is probably best. Critters? Indonesia is wonderful, as is Papua New Guinea. Large fish? Galapagos.

Went to Indonesia last year. Bali specifically. It was awesome!

Have you been to Galapagos? What's the water temp like?

Yes, Bali is excellent, but you might also consider the Lembeh Straits for unusual critters and muck diving.

I am going to Fiji for my honeymoon, we leave June 28th. We are staying at the bungalows that are on the water and plan on going diving. We re then flying to Australia and diving the GBR.

I would love to do the shark dive.

You can find really cheap ways to stay in Fiji. The only big cost is the plane ticket.
